About the Role
The Company is seeking a Facility Executive Director to provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of a treatment center. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality client care, driving key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. This role involves staffing the facility with high-quality department leaders, providing direct supervision, and fostering a culture of accountability. The Executive Director will also be involved in financial management, including budget preparation, and will work to optimize facility performance. Candidates for the Facility Executive Director position at the company should have a Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration, with a preference for 1-3 years of experience in department-level management in behavioral healthcare. The role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage and supervise a diverse team, and a passion for working with at-risk populations. The Executive Director will be expected to have a strong understanding of government regulations, accrediting bodies, and compliance requirements, as well as the ability to lead in crisis and emergency situations. Certifications such as CPR and state-required certifications are also necessary.
