Director of Professional Services

Director Of Professional ServicesThis position reports to the DPC Assistant Hospital Director and will serve on the clinical leadership team. The incumbent will oversee various Social and Therapeutic Services in the inpatient hospital setting as well as in the Jane E. Mitchell forensic building, to provide planning, organization and direction to professional departments including but not limited to Behavioral Health Case Management, Activity Therapists, and Psychology. The incumbent will serve a critical role in coordinating various departments to ensure the development of policies and professional standards that align with operating practices and accreditation requirements, maintaining professional standards for departments and ensuring the delivery of services remains consistently high quality.
