You will use your experience and expertise in program consulting and oversight of assigned service line in conjunction with program manager, practice manager, an/or administrative designee. This is a full time role, working Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.Our commitment to whole person healthcare and your desire to help change our communities for the better will make us an amazing team!Clinical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:Provide individual and group clinical supervision by completing the following: Reviews treatment plans and progress notes to ensure clinical services are appropriate with the patient's level of care needs and are appropriate with the diagnosisProvide clinical direction for staffSigns off documentation of new staffAssists with clinical audit processesMaintain positive relationships with referral sourcesAssists with evaluating patient satisfactionCompletes intakes for admission to servicesProvide direct service to identified patients as neededDevelops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff, patients and referral sources by demonstrating the following: Communicates openly, honestly and constructivelyTreats all employees, patients and referral staff with dignity, respect and courtesyTakes responsibility for and makes every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect with regard to concerns and problemsReadily requests clarification of job responsibilitiesCompletes supervisory responsibilities: Coordinates with Program Manager regarding staff disciplinary issues and initiates and monitors staff disciplinary actionsSupervises individuals that provide direct servicesIn conjunction with the Program Manager, responsible for the overall clinical direction of program servicesAssigns and directs caseloadMonitors staff work schedules to ensure patients receive the level of services they needCompletes staff performance evaluationsCompletes reports required by referral sourcesMaintains clinical responsibilities: Completes emergency evaluations as neededCompletes intakes evaluations as neededEnsures PAs are completedCompletes/Updates treatment plans as neededCompletes CANS/ANSA assessments as neededProductivity expectations determined by program and budget requirementsWe are seeking Clinical Supervisor candidates with the following qualities:Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field of studyFull License in the state of Indiana in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT2-4 years clinical experience as a Licensed TherapistCANS/ANSA SuperUser certificationValid driver's license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance requiredWhy you should choose Meridian for your Clinical Supervisor career:Unique Mission – Innovative leader in integrated care and whole person healthGenerous PTOOpportunities for advancementComprehensive Benefit Package401k with Company matchProfessional development funds for Licensure and Continuing EducationPersonal Wellness and Financial Wellness ProgramsMerit Based Compensation PlansWork-life HarmonyDrug screen, TB test, extensive background check, and fingerprinting are required of all Meridian employees.
