Richardson Motors is seeking a skilled and organized Collision Center Production Manager to join our team in Dubuque, IA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our collision center, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the collision center production team to meet daily and weekly repair goals.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and staff to ensure timely and accurate repair estimates and approvals.
- Monitor workflow and vehicle repairs to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance regularly.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
- Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues promptly.
- Previous experience in collision center management or a related production role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with computer software used for production tracking and reporting.
- Competitive salary between $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
