Receptionist in BRIDGEHAMPTON

RECEPTIONIST

Montauk Plumbing & Heating is a family owned company. In the past eight years, we have expanded from five trucks to over forty and continue to grow. We are currently on the search for a new receptionist as our current is being promoted. This position is for our Bridgehampton location which will be moving to Southampton in 2024. We are a high-volume and fast paced office.

PAY: $37k - $50k salary (Based on Experience)

LOCATION: Bridgehampton

HOURS: Weekdays (Monday through Friday) 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Answer phone calls from customers, builders and suppliers
• Log all phone calls and confirm follow ups
• New Customer set up
• Assist scheduling residential service calls
• Monitor general email inbox
• Maintain office calendars
• General filing
• Create and send invoices
• Accept and request payments from customers in Quickbooks
• General office tasks

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous office experience required
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
• Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with time sensitive deadlines
• Fluent in English mandatory

**ALL INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED AT OUR MONTAUK OFFICE**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
