Job Description AV-Rated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm in Fort Myers is currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant / Paralegal with 3+ years of experience in personal injury law or as insurance adjuster or case manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include: Client communications. Follow-up on case management items. Manage attorney calendars/ scheduling. Obtain medical bills and records. Drafting settlement demand packages. Drafting emails, letters, and legal documents. Ability to provide excellent client service. Requirements: Strong education background. Excellent communication skills. Strong Computer skills required - proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, Power Point & Excel, prior experience with Aderant legal case management software a plus. Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. 3+ years prior legal experience, with prior experience in personal injury law or as insurance adjuster / case manager a plus.
