Location: Fort Myers, FL (In-Person / Hybrid Potential) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Highly Competitive Base Salary (Commensurate with Experience) + Comprehensive Benefits Package Boatman Ricci, P.A. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Fort Myers office. We handle commercial litigation — construction defect, real estate, and partnership disputes — on both the plaintiff and defense side, working in file-based teams rather than single-attorney assignments. What you'll do: Manage a full caseload from intake through trial: drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses Coordinate deadlines, filings, and case strategy alongside attorneys and case managers Support trial preparation and, when needed, in-person trial support What we're looking for: Prior litigation paralegal experience (civil litigation preferred; construction defect or commercial litigation a plus) Strong procedural knowledge and independent case management skills Comfortable with e-filing and legal case management software (we use Centerbase) Based in or able to commute to the Fort Myers area Why Boatman Ricci: Health insurance (partially firm-paid), 100% employer-paid dental/vision PTO plus 4 annual sabbatical days, concierge doctor access, employee care fund Firm-supported continuing education and paralegal certification Family-oriented, faith-driven firm culture with real growth pathways for paralegals #J-18808-Ljbffr
