Responsibilities Assist attorneys with probate administration and litigation matters Prepare, file, and manage legal documents and court filings Maintain case files and track deadlines Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties Conduct legal research and gather case information Coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents Support trial preparation and probate proceedings Qualifications Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred Experience in Probate and/or Litigation required Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail What We Offer Competitive compensation Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
