This AV rated national firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience preferably in First-Party property or general liability defense litigation.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct Site inspections.
• Handle their own caseload.
• Build relationships with clients.
• Document summaries
• Mediation, deposition, and trial preparation

  Qualifications:

• Must have 1-5 years of experience
• Must be member of the Florida Bar.
• Must be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Must have superior oral and written advocacy skills
• Must have excellent and effective communication skills
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Must be able to handle a caseload from inception through trail
