Our client, a highly respected AV-rated boutique law firm and Best Lawyers recipient in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Commercial Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys handling sophisticated transactional matters for a select business clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and other transactional agreements.
• Conduct due diligence, title, and survey reviews.
• Advise clients on commercial real estate matters and related business transactions.
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• 1 - 4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to client service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience representing businesses in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative firm environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $90,000, commensurate with experience.
