On their behalf, we're searching for an Associate Attorney who is ready to elevate their career in litigation. This is an in-office position only and would require relocation to the Lake Worth area.This Lake Worth-based firm stands out for its unwavering commitment to those who have been affected by personal injury. Their distinguished reputation is built on years of successfully representing and advocating for victims, bringing them justice, and restoring their lives.The selected Associate Attorney will be crucial in overseeing plaintiffs' civil litigation cases, from initial consultation to conclusion, either through settlement or trial. The role will manage a caseload in personal injury and property damage litigation claims.Key responsibilities include managing various stages of litigation cases from beginning to end, representing clients during pre-trials, trials, arbitrations, and mediations, conducting thorough legal research and drafting pertinent legal documents, working closely with the firm’s attorneys to craft winning strategies, continually updating knowledge on personal injury law advancements, engaging with clients, addressing their concerns and managing expectations, partaking in business development initiatives to strengthen client and industry relations, holding a Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school, having an active license to practice in Florida, possessing 2-10 years of demonstrable experience in plaintiff litigation, having sharp analytical, negotiation, and research abilities, documented success in verdicts and settlements, proficient oral and written communication skills, being self-motivated with the capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team, and having rigorous organizational and detail-oriented aptitude.This position is offering a collaborative work atmosphere and mentorship for new attorneys in a fast and exciting area of law, continuous opportunities for professional growth, and competitive remuneration with an attractive commission and bonus structure.
