We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal support, particularly in litigation, and will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings. This role requires experience in drafting and evaluating discovery, pleadings and other legal documents.

Duties

• Assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date case files and records.

• Draft and file documents with the court as required.

• Manage case calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filings.

• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation while maintaining professional phone etiquette.

• Support project management efforts related to ongoing cases and ensure all documentation is organized and accessible.

Experience

• Previous litigation paralegal experience is required

• Familiarity with litigation processes and procedures is essential.

• Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks is required.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
