Construction Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects for a highly respected General Contractor. This Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as a key leader on complex, high-profile builds.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities

* Lead ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met

* Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and closeout

* Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong communication and relationships

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Proactively manage risk, safety, and compliance on-site

* Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers as a Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Qualifications

* 8+ years of commercial construction experience

* Proven success delivering large-scale projects

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools

* Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP a plus
