What You’ll Do Record daily transactions and sales across our retail and wholesale operations Process accounts payable and receivable with speed and accuracy Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports Support audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations Organize and maintain financial records and documentation Collaborate with senior accountants to support month-end and year-end closings Assist in tracking budgets and creating expense reports What You’ll Bring At least 1 year of experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, accounts payable/receivable specialist, or in a similar finance-related role QuickBooks or comparable accounting software experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and budget tracking Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial documentation tools Experience in retail or cannabis industry is a plus Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry Why You'll Love Mint Cannabis A work culture that’s welcoming, passionate, and built on good vibes Opportunities for growth as we expand into new markets Discounts on products and merch Health, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible roles) Paid time off to relax, recharge, and take care of you A chance to be part of something amaZing A Few Things You’ll Need Must be at least 21 years of age Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (if required) Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally About Mint Cannabis At Mint Cannabis, we’re passionate about creating a premium cannabis experience — for everyone!
