Role Overview

Authentic Live the events and experiences division of Authentic Brands Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the team for a six-month temporary position. This role will provide dedicated creative support across Authentic Lives growing portfolio of live events experiences partnerships hospitality programs and new business initiatives. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Authentic Live Operations Marketing Sales and Production teams to translate ideas and brand direction into polished compelling creative. The role will span everything from social and digital content to client-facing pitch decks and on-site event production assets.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating a polished client pitch deck developing social assets for an upcoming event and turning around production-ready signage for an event happening the following week. They understand that live events move quickly and can balance strong creative thinking with the speed flexibility and attention to detail required to execute.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Marketing

• Design social media and digital assets supporting Authentic Live events announcements partnerships and marketing initiatives.
• Develop event-specific creative across digital print and experiential touchpoints.
• Adapt existing Authentic and partner brand guidelines across various formats and channels.
• Support the development of key art event identities invitations signage and other branded materials.
• Resize version and prepare creative for different platforms and use cases.

Pitch Decks & Presentations

• Design and format client-facing pitch decks sponsorship proposals event concepts and new business presentations.
• Partner with the Authentic Live team to translate written concepts and event ideas into visually compelling presentations.
• Create templates and presentation systems that allow the team to work more efficiently and consistently.
• Support quick-turn updates to presentations based on internal client and partner feedback.

Event & Production Assets

• Develop production-ready creative assets for live events including signage step-and-repeats credentials menus wayfinding stage graphics screen content branded installations and other environmental graphics.
• Work closely with event producers and external production partners to ensure creative is appropriately formatted and delivered for fabrication and production.
• Manage asset versioning and final-file delivery across multiple events and vendors.
• Support on-site creative needs and last-minute production updates as needed.

Brand & Creative Management

• Maintain organized creative files templates logos brand guidelines and other shared assets.
• Collaborate with Authentics broader Marketing and Creative teams to ensure work aligns with corporate and brand standards.
• Manage multiple simultaneous requests while prioritizing against event timelines client deadlines and business needs.

Qualifications

• 35 years of graphic design experience ideally within events experiential marketing entertainment sports hospitality agency or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design digital/social creative branding and print or experiential production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong PowerPoint and/or Google Slides design capabilities; presentation design will be a significant component of the role.
• Understanding of print production large-format graphics file preparation and vendor specifications.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while also developing new creative concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders and quickly incorporating revisions.
• Highly organized collaborative proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Experience working with major consumer brands and/or live events is a plus.

Primary Location Hourly Range: $45/hour
