Senior Visual Designer

Contract Senior UI & Product Designer We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/Product Designer to craft intuitive, polished digital interfaces for web and mobile. In this role, you will bridge higher-level product vision with pixel-perfect execution—shaping modular design systems, building interactive prototypes, and collaborating across multidisciplinary product squads to deliver responsive, scalable solutions. Primary Objectives Design System Management: Architect and scale multi-platform design systems using Atomic Design frameworks, Auto Layout, components, and variables. UI & Experience Design: Produce refined, responsive layouts for web and native mobile applications that scale across global, localized audiences. Prototyping & Motion: Build functional prototypes and micro-animations (via After Effects or similar) to validate interactions and pitch creative direction. Experimentation Support: Craft UI variations and assets targeted for A/B testing and continuous, data-informed product iterations. Cross-Functional Delivery: Work alongside UX strategists, product managers, and frontend engineering teams—applying fundamental CSS knowledge to streamline handoffs. Stakeholder Alignment: Present visual concepts and articulate design rationale clearly to client leadership and project leads. Key Requirements Area Expertise Required Track Record 4 to 6+ years delivering user-centered digital products across web and mobile ecosystems. Tooling Mastery of Figma (advanced components, variant libraries, variables, auto layout) plus After Effects for light motion work. Systems Thinking Deep familiarity with Atomic Design, component architecture, and multi-region localization standards. Technical Context Working understanding of CSS capabilities and constraints to partner smoothly with engineering teams. Communication Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, with a track record of backing up design decisions with clear reasoning.
