Physical Therapist – Physical Therapy

Schedule: 4-10 hour days or 5-8 hour days per week. No weekends or holidays.

Assignment Details

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Valid license to practice in the state
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues
• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to make independent decisions

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients, establish appropriate treatment goals, plan treatments, and document evaluations and treatments accurately and timely.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Attendants per state laws.
• Assist in areas such as budgeting and setting yearly department goals.
• Participate in improving patient satisfaction scores and promotional activities.
• Supervise and mentor volunteers and/or students according to guidelines.
