Cornerstone Physical Therapy is a PT-owned private practice, founded in 2008 and now the largest and fastest-growing private outpatient PT practice in the Columbus metro area.
We practice primary care physical therapy with a high volume of direct-access patients, without care being dictated by hospital systems, physician ownership, or franchise models.
We also operate a modern hybrid insurance + cash-pay model, allowing clinicians to deliver the right care for each patient instead of being boxed in by outdated systems.

Qualifications
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or upcoming state of Ohio license, CPR certification
- Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills preferred
