We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Plant Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial or commercial janitorial experience who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour
Position Type: Long-term contract with the potential to become a full-time employee

• Clean and maintain production areas, offices, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and remove trash throughout the facility.
• Organize and maintain the parts room to keep materials neat and accessible.
• Perform light facility maintenance, including hanging signs, shelving, and other fixtures.
• Operate a power washer to clean equipment, floors, and exterior areas.
• Perform periodic commercial carpet cleaning.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report low inventory.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with general housekeeping and facility support tasks as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous industrial or commercial janitorial experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Forklift experience (preferred, not required)
• Power washing experience
• Commercial carpet cleaning experience
• Basic maintenance experience using common hand tools
