**K-Beauty Wholesale Sales & Marketing Associate**

Full-time · Buena Park / La Mirada, CA

HeySkinday Wholesale is the B2B distribution arm of Unlockt Brands, supplying authentic K-beauty products to local beauty stores across the U.S. We're looking for a motivated sales associate to help drive growth, build relationships with retail partners, and stay ahead of K-beauty trends.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell K-beauty products to retail clients and generate sales
• Conduct door-to-door sales visits and encourage store sign-ups
• Recommend in-demand and trending brands and products to clients
• Manage inquiries, process orders, and maintain strong client relationships
• Track leads, follow up on opportunities, and secure new accounts
• Gather market insights from store personnel on high-demand brands
• Forecast inventory needs and track customer order cycles
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service
• Passion for Korean beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
• Bilingual in English and Korean (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

 

**Graphic Designer**

Full-time · La Mirada, CA

We're looking for a creative graphic designer to support visual storytelling across our brand portfolio — including Round Lab, Medicube, Amuse, Heyhae, etc.. You'll create assets for retail, digital, and social channels that capture the aesthetic of Korean beauty for a U.S. audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for digital and print across multiple K-beauty brands
• Create social media graphics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals
• Support packaging, label, and retail display design as needed
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity guidelines across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to bring creative concepts to life
• Edit and retouch product photography for e-commerce and social use

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout composition
• Passion for beauty, fashion, or K-beauty culture
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work required
• Experience with Figma or Canva a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

**E-Commerce Brand Associate**

Full-time · La Mirada, CA

As our E-Commerce Brand Associate, you'll help manage and grow the online presence of our K-beauty brand portfolio across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Target.com, and Ulta.com. This is a great opportunity to learn the operational and strategic side of e-commerce in the beauty space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings, content, and imagery across e-commerce platforms
• Monitor product performance, reviews, and rankings and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with brand partners on product updates, launches, and promotions
• Support digital shelf optimization including SEO, copy, and A+ content
• Track inventory levels and flag replenishment needs
• Compile weekly performance reports and share insights with the team

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketing
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Target Plus, or similar platforms a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in K-beauty and consumer products
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)

**Email Marketing Specialist**

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to help us build and execute email programs that connect K-beauty consumers with our brand portfolio. You'll work across campaigns, automations, and performance analysis to drive engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns across our brand portfolio
• Build and manage email flows including welcome series, product launches, and promotions
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve relevance and performance
• Track key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize based on results
• Collaborate with designers to produce on-brand email creative
• Stay current on email marketing best practices and beauty industry trends

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
• Familiarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
• Strong writing skills with attention to tone and brand voice
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and performance analysis

**Marketing Intern**

Our Marketing Internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want real, hands-on experience in the K-beauty industry. You'll work alongside our marketing team supporting content creation, social media, brand campaigns, and more — with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Key responsibilities

• Support social media content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Assist with campaign coordination and marketing materials
• Help track and report on social and digital performance metrics
• Research K-beauty trends, competitors, and influencer opportunities
• Support brand activations and event marketing as needed
• Contribute ideas and creative thinking in team brainstorms

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (marketing, communications, design, etc.)
• Genuine passion for K-beauty, skincare, or the beauty industry
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
