Responsibilities

Pediatric Associates of Mobile, USA Health are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our thriving outpatient pediatric clinic. This is a full-time position focused on providing high-quality, family-centered care to children from birth through adolescence in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute illness, and chronic disease management
• Perform well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
• Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and minor injuries
• Counsel patients and families on growth, development, and overall health
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings

Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency program
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama
• Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care
