Seeking a Full-Scope OB/GYN Partner to join well-934 private practice Our practice is dedicated to helping the new partner build a robust patient schedule.
• Join four dedicated physicians and support staff
• Providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services to patients.
• Managing prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
• Performing gynecological surgeries and procedures, both inpatient and outpatient.
• A busy office environment diagnosing and treating reproductive health conditions.
• Contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
• Participating in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Engaging in community outreach and education.
• Embracing our partnership model, where collaboration and mutual support are encouraged.
• Sharing in practice management responsibilities.
• Contributing to practice policies and protocols.
• Yearly salary: $315,000
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 per month first 12 months (negotiable up to $20,000)
• Contract Term: 1 year, renewable
• Partnership "Buy-in": available after 2 years of employment
• Moving Expenses: paid up to $12,000
• Off day: 1 per week
• Vacation Time: 10 paid days off per year (80 hours), 2 weeks vacation, Holidays, Days off for CME
• Insurance Benefits, Malpractice Insurance, License Fees/Dues paid by the practice
• CME Reimbursement: Fees and travel paid up to $3,000 per year
• 401K matched at 4%
