About the Position

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Imaging Specialty: General Imaging Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 32 Experience: 3-5 years in MRI License: ARRT-MR or ARMRIT Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience with GE and Siemens MRI equipment - Proficient in handling various patient types, including those with implantable devices, neuro, oncology, musculoskeletal, and cardiac experience Description: Join a dynamic and cutting-edge MRI environment with six scanners, including GE and Siemens. Participate in a range of advanced imaging procedures, such as cardiac, functional, neuro, body, musculoskeletal, and specialty exams. Collaborate with a fantastic team of experienced Technologists and Imaging Assistants. Work in a fast-paced, highly specialized setting. You will manage a weekly census of 250-300 patients. The patient ratio will be 1:1. You will never be alone on the unit; support is available from lead techs and imaging assistants. Experience with EPIC, GE Discovery 750W, Siemens Aera, Siemens Magentom Skyra, and McKesson PACS is required. There is no floating; this position is MRI only. Weekend rotation is a maximum of every third weekend. On-call duties are required on Saturday and Sunday nights, with a 30-minute response time. Holiday expectations will be based on unit needs. Scrub colors can be any professional color.
