Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is looking for a Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney to lead complex litigation and provide strategic counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare matters. Location Madison, WI – relocation to the area is required and all related expenses will be reimbursed. Responsibilities Manage complex litigation across multiple arenas. Provide proactive risk mitigation advice to business units. Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other court documents. Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings and oversee settlement negotiations. Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with domestic and international law. Qualifications J.D. and admission to practice in the United States. Proven experience in litigation, including drafting, depositions, oral arguments, and trial practice. Experience in competition, regulatory, or healthcare litigation is a plus.
