Responsibilities:

• Lead property acquisition efforts by identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities.

• Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic decision-making and maximize acquisition outcomes.

• Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the acquisition process and enhance operational efficiency.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and regulatory changes to guide acquisition strategies.

• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and property owners.

• Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports to support acquisition proposals and decision-making processes.
