Entry Level Design Engineer

Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's or Associates Degree 0-3 years of experience within design, drafting, GIS, similar experience within telecom, fiber, networking, engineering, construction, utilities, etc. Valid driver's license Job Description: The Engineers will be assigned to a project that requires utility pole design mapping. They will be given survey packets of the poles they are mapping. These surveys were collected by the people out in the field. With the survey packets they will know the geographic location of the poles and the different assets (wires, boxes, etc.) attached to each pole. They will use all this information to digitally create the design "distribution" map. Compensation: $25/hr (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.) Benefits: Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
