Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer with 2-5 years of manufacturing experience to support process improvements, production efficiency, and capital projects in a metal fabrication environment.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Process, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

• Experience with metal fabrication and/or welding processes is required

• Strong understanding of manufacturing process improvement and lean principles

• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

• Ability to perform time studies, cycle time analysis, and capacity planning

• Experience supporting or leading CapEx projects

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Improve and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

• Support production through process troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop process layouts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures

• Conduct data analysis, time studies, and workflow evaluations

• Lead or support equipment and facility improvement projects

• Work alongside production, quality, and safety teams to improve operations

• Drive lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with welding, fabrication, machining, or heavy manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software

• Project management experience

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
