Location: Southwest Washington / Greater Vancouver market

This opportunity is designed for a proven mortgage professional who wants the entrepreneurial freedom to build their own referral business without being completely dependent on self-generated leads.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans throughout the local market

• Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, community partners, and other referral sources

• Build strong working relationships with assigned retail branches

• Respond quickly to branch-generated, inbound, and online mortgage opportunities

• Advise borrowers on appropriate mortgage structures and financing solutions

• Manage borrowers and referral partners throughout the lending process

• Partner closely with processing, underwriting, closing, and other internal teams

• Maintain consistent communication with borrowers and referral partners

• Develop an independent book of referral relationships and self-generated production

• Represent the organization professionally throughout the local real estate and mortgage community

• Maintain applicable licensing, compliance, and regulatory standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Established residential mortgage origination experience

• Demonstrated history of consistent production

• Strong purchase-lending background

• Existing relationships with Realtors, builders, centers of influence, or community referral partners

• Comfortable generating personal business while also converting company-provided opportunities

• Knowledge of conventional residential mortgage lending

• Additional experience with government, construction, portfolio, or land lending is beneficial

• Strong relationship-development and networking skills

• Responsive, organized, and accountable

• Entrepreneurial without operating as a lone wolf

• Values strong operations and reliable execution

• Comfortable operating in an outside-sales environment

• Strong professional and compliance history

Preferred Business Characteristics

The strongest candidate will likely be an established mid-level or higher mortgage producer with a healthy purchase orientation and an existing referral network.

This opportunity may be particularly compelling for an originator who has proven they can generate business independently but wants access to a stronger overall ecosystem of referral opportunities.

Candidates do not need to bring an enormous portable book to be successful. The platform is specifically structured to complement an originator's personal referral network with internally generated opportunities.

Compensation

Compensation includes a base component plus uncapped production-based incentive compensation.

The structure is designed to reward both company-generated and self-generated production, with enhanced economics available for personally sourced business and additional incentives tied to production performance.

Established producers may also be eligible for customized short-term transition-income support while developing their pipeline on the new platform.

Successful Loan Officers on the platform have demonstrated the ability to earn well into six figures, with higher earnings available to strong producers.
