Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer at American Pacific Mortgage. The role will involve daily tasks such as working with clients to secure mortgage loans, underwriting applications, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Loan Officers, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending skills
- Experience in underwriting and customer service
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the financial or real estate industry is a plus
- Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with a valid NMLS number
