About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in its strategic growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and leading a high-performance team that oversees finance, accounting, and administrative functions. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic environment, where the CFO will be expected to be deeply involved in operational direction, from project accounting to acquisition integration and managing banking relationships. A key focus will be on enhancing reporting and visibility across the business, and the CFO will be a critical partner to the executive team in all growth initiatives. The ideal CFO for this role will be a strategic leader with a player-coach mentality, capable of wearing multiple hats and contributing significantly to the company's success. Previous experience in a similar commercial or industrial services organization is essential, with a proven track record of implementing best practices in financial management, including POC, balance sheet management, financial analysis, forecasting, and robust KPI dashboards. The role requires a professional who can effectively scale and professionalize the financial operations of the business, and who is adept at providing support across the entire organization. A competitive compensation package, including a base salary, bonus, and long-term incentives, is offered to the right candidate.
