We're Hiring | Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Personal Lines)

Remote

Base Salary + Commissions : $95,000 to $150,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission

About the Role

A growing Property & Casualty insurance agency is launching a brand new segment focused exclusively on personal lines insurance, and they're looking for a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to be part of it from the ground floor.

This is not your typical sales role. You will work with a steady stream of high intent inbound leads, meaning less cold calling and more time building real relationships and delivering value to clients. You will guide customers through quoting, comparing, and binding Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Flood insurance across a network of trusted carrier partners.

Two levels available, final placement determined based on experience.

What You'll Do

• Conduct client assessments to evaluate coverage needs and risk
\n
• Guide clients through quoting, comparing, and binding personal lines policies
\n
• Recommend appropriate Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Flood products
\n
• Clearly explain policy terms, coverage options, and pricing
\n
• Prepare and submit applications and supporting documentation
\n
• Manage renewals and support clients through the claims process
\n
• Track and report on sales performance and key metrics
\n
• Stay current on carrier products, compliance requirements, and industry trends
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Active P&C Insurance License (required)
\n
• Familiarity with personal lines carriers and underwriting processes
\n
• Proficiency in CRM tools, quoting software, and email platforms
\n
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship building skills
\n
