Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents for a remote 1099 contract opportunity. As an independent agent, you’ll consult with clients to assess their coverage needs, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and deliver best‑in‑class service.

\n

This role is ideal for independent, entrepreneurial agents who want the flexibility of self‑employment paired with the support of an award‑winning organization.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Conduct needs‑based insurance consultations with clients
\n
• Present and recommend Health, Life, Medicare, or Annuity products
\n
• Manage and nurture client relationships
\n
• Provide responsive, ongoing customer service
\n
• Utilize our Omnichannel platform to enhance workflow and visibility
\n
• Collaborate with internal support teams as needed
\n
• Maintain all required licensing and compliance standards
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Active licenses to sell Life and Health Insurance in relevant states
\n
• Experience in insurance sales or brokerage
\n
• Strong understanding of insurance and basic finance principles
\n
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
\n
• Self‑motivated, organized, and effective in a remote environment
\n
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, or Omnichannel platforms
\n
• Experience with Medicare or annuity products is a plus
\n
