Key Responsibilities of the PCU RN for Float Pool

• Float to all PCU/IMCU floors, managing cardiac patients including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P
• Monitor and administer cardiac drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors
• Provide care for telemetry beds with lower acuity levels

Requirements of the PCU RN for Float Pool

• Current RN license
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar-sized facility
