Loan Officer

Licensed Loan OfficerWe are looking for an experienced Licensed Loan Officer, who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant heart to our team of top-tier mortgage professionals. This professional will work in a tight-knit, goal-oriented team where our Customers and Referral Partners can rely on them to ensure an accurate and timely closing process. The Licensed Loan Officer's primary function is the promotion and sale of Company loan products and services to potential customers.What you'll do:Provide excellent customer serviceManage client relationships and identify client service and sales needsRespond to customer inquiries and referrals that are generated from your contactsConduct interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit dataMarketing, promoting, and selling Company's loan productsNegotiate rates and termsDefine and manage customer loan process expectationsMonitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closingMaintain product knowledge and stay up to date on changes to market conditionsComply with all applicable laws and regulations released to residential mortgage lendingWhat you'll need to be successful:Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude.
