This position plays a critical role in enabling scalable, integrated, and cloud-based business solutions that align with enterprise goals.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain enterprise architecture standards and best practices across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, and full-stack applications.Lead architecture for customer engagement platforms, integration layers, and analytics environments.Establish scalable data pipelines and integration strategies using MuleSoft and Snowflake.Design and oversee modern web application architectures using React, Node.js, or equivalent full-stack technologies.Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and security best practices.Drive adoption of platform capabilities across multiple business domains and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.Serve as technical advisor to business stakeholders, product teams, and senior leadership.Lead architecture reviews and enforce technology governance and compliance policies.Experience and EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles.Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, Technical).MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Integration Architect.Snowflake certification and hands-on experience with ELT/ETL tools.Experience designing solutions in Azure or AWS environments.Background in Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks.Required Skills and AbilitiesStrong architecture experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).Hands-on experience with MuleSoft API-led architecture, data integration, and orchestration.Proven experience with Snowflake architecture and data warehousing strategies.Experience in modern full-stack development frameworks and technologies (React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, or Java).Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Benefits SummaryHigh quality voluntary health, vision, disability, life, and dental insurance programs401K Matching PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPaid holidays, vacation, and sick leaveCorporate sponsored programs to enhance employee physical, financial, mental, and emotional wellnessFinancial Solution ProgramEqual Employment Opportunity:Goosehead is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, guidelines, and regulations.
