Physical Therapist

Physical therapist provides personalized care to improve patients' mobility, strength, and quality of life. Works in a supportive, patient-centered environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatment. This role helps patients return to daily activities and community life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to improve strength and mobility.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, therapy plans, and recovery expectations.
• Document progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to ensure optimal care.
• Promote wellness and injury prevention through patient and community education.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Physical Therapy license in South Dakota (or eligibility).
• BLS certification (AHA required).
• New graduates encouraged to apply mentorship and training available.
