HR Operations Partner - Manufacturing & Food Industry

Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing and food industry, is seeking a HR Operations Partner to join their team in Greenfield, IN. Job Function Lead end-to-end payroll processing for the Americas region. Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local laws, including California-specific requirements. Oversee payroll tax reporting and reconciliations. Support and coordinate annual 401(k) audits. Manage multiple pay schedules, including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, and off-cycle. Partner with HR and Finance teams to enhance payroll processes and systems. Job Requirements 5 years payroll experience with multi-state & California expertise. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance & tax regulations. 401(k) administration & audit experience. Proficiency in ADP, UKG, SAP, or similar systems. Manufacturing or food industry background preferred.
