Once you are done training, you can pick between the 2nd shift or the 3rd Shift. This may include sorting, labeling, and packaging products per customer specifications, quality requirements, and standard practices/liliPerform tests and check products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring tools, calipers, micrometers etc./liliUnderstand and implement quality standards and procedures/liliMeet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity./liliFollow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher-level technical personnel and monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications./liliMaintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance./liliMaintain work area with necessary supplies to complete processes- 4S+ standard work/liliOperate heavy equipment necessary to move, load, and ship material and/or finished products throughout the manufacturing environment./liliSupport inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts and correct discrepancies to achieve business goals./liliAssist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals./liliContribute and participate in team decision making processes including problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
