Director OF Infrastructure

Leading the strategic planning and management of IT infrastructure, the full-time remote Director of IT Infrastructure will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and networks to support organizational operations while ensuring reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic vision for the company's IT infrastructure Lead and manage the infrastructure team, providing direction and mentorship Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of network, server, storage, and cloud infrastructure Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven experience in designing and managing complex IT infrastructure, including cloud environments Strong knowledge of network architecture, server management, storage solutions, and cybersecurity practices Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong project management skills with experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
