Director of Infrastructure Engineering

To build and scale the platform that powers production AI systems, the full-time remote Director of Infrastructure Engineering will own the strategy and execution of cloud infrastructure, developer platform, and reliability practices while leading a high-performing engineering team. Key responsibilities Own the architecture and evolution of multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and cost Lead and develop a high-performing Infrastructure/Platform Engineering team, fostering an engineering culture centered on ownership and operational excellence Design and enhance CI/CD systems and build infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure reproducible and auditable environments Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in building and operating production infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE systems 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments Deep expertise with AWS, GCP, or multi-cloud production environments Strong experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, containers, and modern CI/CD platforms Proven experience in building highly available, observable, and resilient production systems
