Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control. Lead, coach, and develop a team of automotive technicians and service advisors. Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability goals. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns. Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with safety standards, shop policies, and industry regulations. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve store efficiency.

Requirements: Previous automotive store management or service management experience required. Strong knowledge of automotive repair, tires, and general maintenance services. Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive, productive work environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with automotive shop management software and point-of-sale systems. Ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
