Solar Sales Manager

Albany, NY (Field-Based with Office Presence) Pay: $130,000–$180,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus) About the Role AEC Solar is hiring a Residential Solar Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in the Albany market. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on coaching, performance management, recruiting, and driving revenue growth in residential solar sales.
