Hours of Operation Hours of operation at TMA are 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday thru Saturday, and includes holidays. Schedule Thursdays 6:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. Fridays 6:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. Saturdays 6:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. Sundays 6:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. Mondays 6:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. Additional hours may be available based on agency operating needs. Responsibilities Deliver an excellent customer experience by assisting with accurately and quickly processing bets and payments. Sell tickets and redeem winnings; prepare sales slips. Maintain order and cleanliness; perform opening and closing procedures. Perform other related duties as required. Experience and Qualifications Basic knowledge of office systems and processes to perform a full range of clerical tasks. Comfortable dealing with members of the public. Ability to understand and accurately carry out oral and written instructions. Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions. Experience with computers. Preferred experience in a retail environment. Physical Requirements Incumbents in this class may be required to stand for extended periods.
