HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.Responsibilities:Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, including identifying faulty components and determining repair or replacement needs.Repairs and Maintenance: Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, such as replacing faulty parts, cleaning coils, and calibrating equipment.Installation: Install new HVAC systems, including components like furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct work.Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining technical issues in easy-to-understand terms, and providing excellent customer service.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling of refrigerants and electrical equipment.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including service reports and inventory logs.Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and regulations through ongoing training and certifications.Hourly Rate: $22 - $45/hour.
