Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) Nurse in a short-term acute care facility. This position involves floating between units and providing patient care in the adult and geriatrics patient populations. The role requires adherence to safety standards, accurate documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality healthcare during night shifts.

Job Details

• Position Description: JOB ID 34837331, will position float between units, no on-call required, weekends required, 6 shifts in a 6-week period.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: ACLS*, BLS, at least 1 year of experience, valid state license (compact license accepted).
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Providing patient care for adults and geriatrics, managing invasive and non-invasive procedures, utilizing specialized equipment, and adhering to infection control protocols.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to prior employment with Providence facilities, and provide 2 references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
