**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - Special requirements: PICU experience required - Years of Experience: At least 1 year required - Patient Ratio Experience: 1:2 - Charting System Experience: Required - Charting System Name: Epic - Certifications: BLS, PALS - Valid State License: Compact license must be in hand at submission - Local rule: Accepted at lower BR - References Required: 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years; can include Charge RNs/Lead **Skills:** - Assist/manage intubation* - BiPAP/CPAP management - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central Line/Implanted Line Care - Continuous Sedation - External ventricular drain (EVD)* - Hemodynamic monitoring* - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Hydrocephalus/VP shunt* - ICP monitoring* - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV vasopressors - Management of Chest Tubes* - Management of dysrhythmias - Pediatric Step Down - PICC line management* - PICU - Post cardiac surgery* - Suctioning (ETT, NT) - Telemetry - on the unit monitoring* - Ventilator Management* **Additional Information:** - Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem?
