Portfolio Manager

At Lincoln Property Company, we are seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a diversified portfolio of general partner (GP) investments across multiple strategies and geographies, ensuring strong performance monitoring, institutional-quality reporting, and clear communication with internal teams and investors. Responsibilities Lead oversight of a diversified portfolio of 150–200 GP investments across strategies and geographies Develop scalable frameworks for portfolio monitoring and performance tracking Partner with investment teams on quarterly updates and monitoring business plan progress Reporting & Analytics Deliver institutional-quality investor reporting/deal snapshots/accounting detail on a quarterly basis Build and implement next-generation reporting tools, leveraging automation and AI where appropriate Investor & Stakeholder Communication Support investor relations efforts with high-quality, timely, and insightful responses Serve as a key liaison between investors and capital markets team Operational Excellence Oversee capital call processes and entity formation for new investments and #J-18808-Ljbffr
