What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care within a busy clinic setting
• Manage patient treatment plans for chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
• Conduct inpatient consults as needed, with inpatient volume limited
• Document patient interactions efficiently using Epic, with AI-assisted charting options
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including an MD, NP, LPN, and CNA/CMA staff
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies and schedules, including timely check-ins and dress code

What You Need

• Active NY medical license
• Board eligibility or certification in Hematology/Oncology
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of cancer treatments and patient management
• Ability to adapt in a growing practice environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
