What You'll Do

• Provide hematology and oncology outpatient clinical care, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
• Manage 1820 patients per day, with occasional inpatient consults
• Document patient encounters using Epic (AI-assisted charting available)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including one MD and one NP
• Adapt to program growth and evolving protocols
• Follow standard policies on clock-in/out, dress code, and cell phone use
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

What You Need

• NY Medical License
• Minimum 5 years of hematology/oncology experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Experience with chemotherapy and targeted therapies

• BC or BE in Hematology/Oncology
• Experience in outpatient clinic settings
• Flexibility to adapt during growth periods
