Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and analyze clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges that may affect their academic performance and personal development.

• Develop individualized service plans that include tailored goals and interventions to support the unique needs of students and their families.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and emotional support to individuals and families navigating various life challenges, ensuring an empathetic and non-judgmental approach.

• Collaborate closely with students, parents, and educators to create personalized service plans, fostering effective communication and support systems.

• Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, effectively responding to immediate concerns and developing long-term strategies.

• Work in partnership with community agencies and organizations to coordinate multifaceted services, advocating for clients’ needs and access to resources.

• Engage in community outreach to promote agency services, raise awareness of mental health issues, and dispel stigmas.

• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and staff training sessions to continuously enhance service delivery and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on students aged K-12 who face a variety of challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, bullying, and academic stress. Our objective is to empower these young individuals to manage their mental health effectively while also providing support to their families. By addressing the root causes of distress, we aim to facilitate a supportive school environment conducive to learning and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
